Sólheimajökull is a raw and rugged outlet glacier in an ever changing environment. Surrounded by beautiful mountain range it slowly but steadily crawls forward, giving our experienced glacier guide a new challenge every day! His aim is to get us away from the crowd, finding nooks and corners to explore on our own; walking between deep crevasses, amazing ice formations, jagged ridges and spine-tingling sinkholes!
